Inspiration
Christmas Gift Guide
I could just have easily called this ‘My Christmas Wish List’ seeing as I’d love to find any one of the items under the tree and may already own a few of the things featured… Let’s call it market research o.k.
Still, in the spirit of being selfless at Christmas I thought I’d call it a gift guide. Plus, I always think when it comes t0 best friends, sisters, mums, cousins etc etc, you normally end up giving something you’d like to receive yourself and I always seem to start with this in mind. And as well as inspiring you to shop for others, there’s no harm in treating yourself to a festive prize or too (or subtly directing boyfriends/Father Christmas this way if you fear they’re struggling for inspiration!).
Little Things
All under £30, these are stocking fillers, Secret Santa sorters and little tokens for deserving friends and family. From this Noel’s ‘it’ books to Hammamas cotton towels for globetrotters, I think there’ll be a little something for everyone in this lot.

Beauty
Christmas is the time for a bit of indulgence and giving those things people might not normally buy for themselves. Rich scrubs, bath salts, oils and beautiful makeup palettes that make getting ready in the morning feel that bit more exciting are the kinds of the things you want to find under the tree.

Treats
Following the indulgent theme, these are the slightly more spoiling things that will last way beyond Boxing Day. A neutral palette keeps things timeless (you all know my views on leopard print), while softer-than-soft cashmere, rose gold jewels and buttery black leather are the ultimate in want-not-need gifts that feel so good because of it.

Everything Else
Something for the homemakers, foodies and everyone in between, I can’t imagine many people not appreciating at least one of these things. These are the three books topping my wish list on Amazon right now while anything marble, copper or pineapple-shaped is almost impossible to walk away from.
