Nude Summer

Summer is the only time I can just about pull off nude without looking jaundiced and getting the inevitable ‘are you feeling o.k’ comments. And even with a bit of a tan and a spattering of freckles, it can be touch and go as to whether my yellow-tinged skin and hair is up to the challenge… But I really, really love this palette.  It makes me think of 80s ruched swimsuits, Calvin Klein slip dresses, Portobello flea-market finds and serene sun-drenched evenings on a terrace somewhere – all great things I’m sure you’ll agree.

Peach, nude, caramel, beige (ick); be inspired by the ugly end of the underwear drawer this summer. I for one will, ironically, be dressing in the nude….
